Happy Wednesday everyone!=) Oh I'm so excited to post about my thrift finds last  night but that will have to wait!=)

Reason/Inspiration for Blogging:
I started my blogging journey on Chictopia. I was skeptical of the blogosphere and knew almost nothing about blogs until I won the opportunity to attend the Chictopia10 Fashion and Social Influence Summit in New York. I learned about the existence and success of personal style blogs and also discovered that there are really amazing and inspiring ladies (and gentleman) from all over the world connecting on the blogosphere. I wanted to see more of some of the bloggers I'd seen on Chictopia so I opened my own blog and began following others. I post my outfits to (hopefully) inspire and read blogs to be oh-so inspired by other bloggers!






Your Most Favourite Post Ever?
Probably "it's alright/i'll fill you in."
I'm proud of the outfit I put together and I opened up about my life a little to my readers. I feel it's a pretty solid post.






Your Latest Favourite Outfit Consist Of?
Lately I have been obsessed with tall shoes, my cream shorts that tie at the waist, and my brown bomber jacket. So, those with a topping of draped gold jewellry. (Actually, my brown bomber jacket is MIA at the moment. Really upset!)






Favourite Blog?

This is tough. I read a lot. There are very inspiring, very fashionable ladies out there but my most read blogs are by those amazing, fashionable ladies I can see myself/would love being friends with. I guess it's not being prospective friends so much as I identify with their interests and personalities. (Although, I am real life friends with some of the bloggers mentioned, in no particular order.)

Favourite Thrift Store?

A shop called Frugal Frocks. It's a well kept secret. Unfortunately, it's in the middle of nowhere so as a young lady without her driver's license I don't get to visit very often!






Most Epic/Greatest Thrift Find?
Probably a 1960's blue velvet dress I have yet to sport. This winter: blue velvet and white tights. Watch for it.






Your "Definition" of Fashion?
Wearing what makes you feel good. I often see someone out on the street wearing something ridiculous like purple pants or a giant petticoat or just something that stands out. They get a lot of sneers but they look so proud and so confident and so pleased. Fashion to me is working it, whatever "it" may be.

Advice to Newbie Bloggers:

Don't be seduced by the wonderful style of others. Yes, they look gorgeous, but so do you in your own, unique way. Push forward on your own path.
